The Corvette K&N Intake 63-3120 A high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube helps increase the volume of airflow to your engine, and provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. Headers

The Corvette afe Headers 48-34148 system produced gains of up to +24 HP and +17 lbs. x Ft. TQ., as measured on our in-house dyno. This system is constructed of 1-7/8″ – 2-1/8″- 2-3/4” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength, durability, and corrosion resistance. Tri-Y designed with optimized tube lengths and specifically tuned paired opposite firing cylinders to improve cylinder scavenging, exhaust flow, and performance.
These Headers includes an auxiliary O2 bung and plug for either a wide-band O2 sensor or other instrumentation. TIG Welded inlet ports for strength, eliminating flange warpage, and improves exhaust flow. Factory style laser cut 304 stainless steel flanges are used for a secure leak-free seal. This system has been designed to retain all factory sensors and is compatible with the factory catalytic converters for a hassle-free installation. Includes manifold bolts and factory gaskets for a direct bolt-on system.

 Throttle Body Spacer

The Corvette Throttle Body Spacer 46-34017 serrated/helix design creates air turbulence in the intake manifold. This turbulence increases the air pressure in the combustion chamber, resulting in increased performance and improved throttle response. The serrated/helix combination design also reduces intake whistle that occurs with helix-only designs (US PAT 07055513).
This Silver Bullet throttle body spacer is precision machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for lightweight, high strength, and perfect fit and finish. This Silver Bullet throttle body spacer uses all factory mounting locations, making for a hassle-free installation. A supplied gasket provides a perfect seal. This kit also includes a silicone coupling to guarantee perfect fitment and air flow with the factory air intake system.
