Headers

JBA 2007-2011 Wrangler JBA CC Headers are one of the best performance upgrades available for any application. Hot Rod magazine rated headers as one of the top 10 power parts installed on a vehicle. JBA shorty headers are significantly less restrictive than the stock manifolds on a vehicle and dramatically increase the power and efficiency of an engine.
JBA’s original shorty design is an innovation of the old long tube header. The new shorty designs yield high performance gains that hot rodders and enthusiasts look for. With durable stainless steel construction that can survive the abuse of racing, towing, and daily driving, these headers can take a beating. With heavy duty features and patented technology, like the JBA Firecone® collector, JBA shorty headers have the capacity to produce more power than any other shorty headers on the market.
Each system includes high quality hardware and thorough instructions for a professional no leak installation. JBA offers a variety of smog legal Cat4ward® shorty headers and Racing long tubes to suit most popular applications.

Exhaust System

The new Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back exhaust system for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK is perfect for the person looking for maximum performance and off-road ground clearance. This system replaces the factory transverse muffler and relocates the Super HP-2 muffler behind the factory catalytic converter, providing a moderate to aggressive sound level. The system features a mandrel-bent 2.50-inch stainless steel tailpipe with a 3.00-inch polished stainless steel tip tucked up high under the rear bumper for maximum clearance. Fits both 2 and 4 door models with either the 3.8L or 3.6L engines. Because the tailpipe is tucked up so high, an aftermarket metal bumper is recommended. The exhaust system is covered by our Lifetime Limited Warranty and includes all necessary parts and hardware for an easy installation you can do at home.

Cold Air Intake Kit

The K&N 57-1553 FIPK 2007-2011 Wrangler KN Intake Kit air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in some Jeep Wrangler models. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow. This allows your Jeep’s engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly.
More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 57-1553 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that installs into the previous air box space. Air is directed through an aerodynamically engineered intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain.
The tube accommodates the factory air temperature sensor and crank case vent hose. The oversized cone shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less using the existing factory mounting points. The tools needed are a screwdriver, a ratchet set and an Allen wrench. K&N 57 Series FIPK’s are street legal in all 50 US states and come with K&N’s Million Mile Limited Warranty.

Computer Tuner

The JET Performance Module for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles is a JET exclusive. Dynamic Spectrum Tuning provides power gains across the entire power band-not just at full throttle. Point by point air/fuel ratio, ignition advance and various other tuning points provide performance gains of up to 25 Horsepower. Improves throttle response, acceleration and low end torque. Simple, plug-in installation in less than 30 minutes. Stage 2-Designed for the performance enthusiast, the Stage 2 features more aggressive programming to make the most Horsepower and torque available. Fuel and timing curves are extensively modified for peak performance and drivability. Requires use of 91 octane fuel, 180 Degree thermostat and free flow exhaust. Also works well with aftermarket intake systems, mass air sensors, TBI spacers, etc.
