Exhaust System

The Wrangler MBRP Exhaust S6501409 ARMOR PLUS Series exhaust systems are crafted from corrosion-resistant T409 Stainless Steel – a value-oriented material designed to protect from penetrating rust and will stand up to almost anything you can throw at it.

T409 Stainless Steel tubing is easy to clean. If you’re looking for a performance exhaust system with a Lifetime Warranty, this is probably the one for you. If you don’t find yourself faced with lots of precipitation and salt, this is all you’re ever going to need. All of the tubing is mandrel bent for maximum exhaust flow.

Mandrel bending ensures no rippling in the bends. The end result is that it gives you more fresh air inside your engine’s cylinders, allowing it to produce more power and improve vehicle performance and longevity. It’s important to note that T409 Stainless Steel is resistant to penetrating rust but winter conditions, heavy salt air, and road treatments might accelerate the corrosion process.

These conditions are not covered by MBRP’s manufacturer warranty unless the part or system fails completely. Cold Air Intake Kit

The Wrangler K&N Intake 63-1587 is an enclosed air box design helps protect the filter and inlet air from the heat of the engine bay, and the air box lid allows for quick and easy access to the filter without tools. A high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube helps increase the volume of airflow to your engine, and provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque.

These systems are paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter™ featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical design of the filter allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions. The system can typically be installed in less than 60 minutes.

Computer Tuner

The Wrangler Banks Tuner 66797 Shave a full second off your 0-60 time and get over 4 truck lengths ahead of stock in the 1/4 mile. This makes getting onto the highway and merging effortless.
