Exhaust

The Ram Borla Exhaust 140852BC Coverage Comes with Rebel models. Does NOT fit Ram Classic models. The BORLA (R) team presents their exhaust systems for the RAM 1500 V6. These Cat-Back ™ exhaust systems have been developed with performance and sound in mind for the 3.6L Pentastar-equipped RAM 1500 trucks. Our S-Type sound level will provide a more aggressive exhaust tone and volume without adding any cabin drone.
This system is designed to convert your Original Equipment single system to a dual outlet system. This system features a split rear exit with 4 Inch black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips. Tips exit Under the Bumper. Ultra-smooth mandrel bends ensure maximum flow and power, and precision computer numerical control (CNC) manufacturing ensures an accurate fit. Optional resonator 60716 can be added to the system to dampen the sound level. A rugged truck needs a more durable exhaust system, bolt on a BORLA (R).

Headers

The JBA Classic Ram Headers 1961S-2 are one of the best performance upgrades available for any application. Hot Rod magazine rated headers as one of the top 10 power parts installed on a vehicle. JBA shorty headers are significantly less restrictive than the stock manifolds on a vehicle and dramatically increase the power and efficiency of an engine. JBA’s original shorty design is an innovation of the old long tube header.

The new shorty designs yield high performance gains that hot rodders and enthusiasts look for. With durable stainless steel construction that can survive the abuse of racing, towing, and daily driving, these headers can take a beating. Each system includes high quality hardware and thorough instructions for a professional no leak installation.

Cold Air Intake

The Ram K&N Intake 57-1561 system replaces the restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing in some Ram 1500 and Dodge Ram 1500 models. K&N intakes are designed to dramatically reduce intake restriction as they smooth and straighten air flow.
This allows your engine to inhale a larger amount of air than the factory air filter assembly. More air means more usable power and acceleration throughout the engine’s RPM range. The 57-1561 air intake comes with a chrome topped K&N high-flow air filter and a heat shield that installs into the original air box space. Air is directed through an aerodynamically engineered intake tube into the engine’s throttle body for a guaranteed power gain.
The tube accommodates the factory air temperature sensor and crank case vent hose. The oversized cone shaped air filter can be used for up to 100,000 miles before servicing is needed depending on driving conditions. This air intake is relatively easy to install usually in 90 minutes or less using existing factory mounting points. The tools needed are a screwdriver, ratchet set and several wrenches. K&N 57 Series FIPK’s are street legal in all 50 US states and come with K&N’s Million Mile Limited Warranty.

Throttle Body Spacer

The AFE 46-32005 Silver Bullet throttle body spacers create turbulence in the air flow at the point just prior entry into the engine increasing horsepower, torque and improving throttle response and fuel efficiency. Silver Bullet throttle body spacers are constructed out of durable T-6061 billet aluminum and using a unique serrated/helix entry to create turbulence at the manifold while eliminating the annoying whistle found in other helix only throttle spacers.

Computer Tuning

Dynamic Spectrum Tuning provides power gains across the entire power band-not just at full throttle. Point by point air/fuel ratio, ignition advance and various other tuning points provide performance gains of up to 25 horsepower. Improves throttle response, acceleration and low end torque.

– Requires use of 91 octane fuel, free flow exhaust. Also works well with aftermarket intake systems, mass air sensors, TBI spacers, etc.
The JET Performance Module for Dodge, Chrysler and Jeep vehicles is a JET exclusive. Dynamic Spectrum Tuning provides power gains across the entire power band-not just at full throttle. Point by point air/fuel ratio, ignition advance and various other tuning points provide performance gains of up to 25 Horsepower. Improves throttle response, acceleration and low end torque. Simple, plug-in installation in less than 30 minutes. Stage 1-For stock or mildly modified vehicles. Fuel and timing curves are modified for optimal performance and mileage using less expensive, lower octane fuels. Programming is designed to burn fuel at peak efficiency, which results in improved performance and mileage. Daily drivers can use lower cost regular fuel for potential mileage gains, but for optimal performance gains use of mid-grade or better is recommended.
