Exhaust

The Ram Borla Exhaust 140753BC Includes the Rebel and models with G/T package. Fits through the factory bumper cut-outs (bumper has notches on the bottom). This 3″ diameter into dual 2.5″ Cat-Back™ system features the aggressive ATAK® sound with no drone inside the vehicle and exits through single 5″ round black chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips on each tail pipe.
Using BORLA® Stainless Steel Polish p# 21461 is NOT recommended with these black chrome tips. We suggest cleaning the tips with hot water and a microfiber cloth. A system with bright chrome on T-304 stainless steel tips is also available. Optional resonator 60667 can be added to the system to dampen the sound level.

Our BD upgraded manifolds address common exhaust manifold bolt failures by incorporating extended fasteners and spacers that effectively withstand thermal expansion. In addition, we’ve engineered independent mounting locations for the heat shield, separating it from the mounting bolts to further enhance reliability. Crafted with precision, our BD Manifolds boast a robust, thicker design, and are constructed from high-silicon ductile iron to combat warping, ensuring your vehicle remains at peak performance for the long haul.

Cold Air Intake

This Ram K&N Intake 63-1578 is a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube helps increase the volume of airflow to your engine, and provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. These systems are paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter™ featuring oiled cotton filter media.
The oversized, conical design allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield helps protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay, and the entire system can typically be installed in less than 90 minutes. Some intakes are not legal for sale or use on any pollution controlled motor vehicle in California. See the product specifications for CARB status on each part for a specific vehicle.

Throttle Body Spacer

 The AIRAID 300-631-1 POWERAID Throttle Body Spacer is designed to enhance off-idle torque from 800 rpm to approximately 3,000 rpm. The spacer utilizes it’s unique, patented Helix Bore design to spin the incoming air charge as it passes through the throttle body spacer. The spinning air action boosts the velocity of the incoming air and contributes to better atomization of the air/fuel mixture as the air charge enters the combustion chamber. The end result is more part-throttle torque and improved mid-range power.
