Headers
The TRX Headers produce gains of up to +9 HP and +14 lbs. x Ft. TQ., as measured on our in-house dyno. This system is constructed of 1-7/8 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. This coating combination reduces the outside surface temperature of headers and reduces engine compartment temperatures by as much as 46% vs. non-coated headers.
Factory style laser cut machined flanges are used used for a secure leak-free seal. 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity. The result is increased power and improved throttle response. Utilizing factory flanges this system is designed to fit in the stock locations with no cutting or modifications required for a hassle-free installation.
These headers retain your stock catalytic converters and factory O2 sensor locations for a direct bolt-on installation that requires no cutting or modifications. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, this false is designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment. 100% MIG-Welded for race-proven strength and durability.

Cold Air Intake
The Ram TRX K&N Intake 63-1591 system includes BOTH a redesigned larger hood scoop inlet for the ram air scoop and K&N’s intake. This unique hood scoop design improves from the restrictive factory unit increasing air volume to the K&N intake. The intake filter is one of our largest ever, an oversized 20 1/8 inch long washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter featuring our premium oiled cotton filter media. On top of this, the intake system benefits from larger drain holes to prevent water buildup in the air box and retains the factory T-Rex eating a raptor graphic. Engineered to deliver enhanced engine and supercharger sound. All these features combine to deliver huge performance gains with an estimated increase of 29 Horsepower and 40 LB-FT Torque over stock.
Throttle Body Spacer
The Throttle Body Spacer 46-32011 Silver Bullet throttle body spacer comes with a pair of 1/8 Inch NPT ports that can be used for vacuum accessories or water methanol injection. The Serrated and Helix combination design creates intake turbulence in the combustion chamber. This turbulence breaks up the fuel which creates a more complete combustion cycle increasing horsepower, torque and improving throttle response. The Serrated and Helix combination design also reduces intake whistle that occurs with Helix only designs.
