Headers

The Wrangler afe Headers 48-38031 is constructed of 1-7/8 IN – 3 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing for maximum strength and durability. Factory style laser cut machined mild steel flanges are used used for a secure leak-free seal. A mitered merge collector is used to decrease turbulence and increase exhaust velocity resulting in increased horsepower, torque and improved throttle response.

Utilizing factory style and flanges this system is designed to fit in the stock locations with no cutting or modifications required for a hassle-free installation. Utilizing state-of-the-art computer-aided design technology, this system is designed for custom, high tolerance factory fitment. 100% MIG-Welded for race-proven strength and durability.

Cold Air Intake Kit

The Wrangler K&N Intake 63-1588 high-density polyethylene (HDPE) rotationally-molded tube helps increase the volume of airflow to your engine, and provides a guaranteed increase in horsepower and torque. These systems are paired with a washable, reusable High-Flow Air Filter featuring oiled cotton filter media. The oversized, conical design allows you to go up to 100,000 miles between filter services under normal highway driving conditions. A custom heat shield helps protect intake air from the high temperature of your engine bay, and the entire system can typically be installed in less than 60 minutes.

Computer Tuning

The Power Tuner 77-42014 aFe POWER SCORCHER GT Module includes a high quality case & wire harness with factory style connectors for an easy plug & play installation. A LED light switch provides In-Cabin On-The-Fly power adjustments. The 4-Power settings are adjustable with one button and the LED light represent the settings: Stock (Green), Sport (Yellow), Sport+ (Orange) and Race (Red).

This performance module increases turbo boost thus improving vehicle performance and throttle response. This quick and easy plug & play SCORCHER GT module adds power by altering pressure sensor signals to increase turbo boost to improve vehicle efficiency, power and throttle response.

SCORCHER GT modules features In-Cabin On-The-Fly power adjustment to accommodate any situation.

This adjustment is controlled by via LED light switch with a button that can be easily mounted in any location in the cabin. aFe SCORCHER GT modules use high quality aluminum extrusion black powder-coated enclosure casing and factory style connectors which requires no modification to your factory harness.

These factory style connectors plug directly into the stock wiring harness connectors and sensors. SCORCHER GT modules are 100% tested for proper protection. These modules work amazingly on stock vehicles and are optimized for maximum performance with use of aFe POWER performance products.
